Position Description:

Oversee, coordinate, and manage the general marketing, internal and external communication, and public relations activities of the Company.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Promote the mission, vision, and values of the organization
  • Design, implement, and facilitate overall marketing strategy to support the growth and success of the Company
  • Own and execute targeted written content to be used in various forms, including but not limited to, company collateral, newsletters, shareholder communications, advertising, promotional items, internal communiqués, press and media distributions, websites, & social media
  • Define best strategy regarding social media platforms and implement accordingly.  Continue social media updates on an on-going basis in accordance with the defined strategy
  • Renovate, manage, and update Company website
  • Determine agencies and suppliers of record and negotiate contract terms and conditions for major services
  • Develop, implement, and support specific marketing plans which focus on different service lines and their targeted audiences
  • Serve as primary liaison with external PR resources to develop innovative strategies and tactics across all southeast and southern mid-Atlantic markets in conjunction with the marketing management, research, and digital teams to create holistic integrated marketing plans
  • Develop and coordinate conference strategy (preparation, sponsorship, materials, etc.)
  • Collaborate with marketing team members, and other Lincoln Harris associates as appropriate, on the strategy and production of programs, events, and campaigns that support our marketing and communications plan
  • Foster relationships with key people or department leads and collaborate to ensure communications are clear and meet the identified needs and expectations
  • Perform competitive market analysis, track ROI, log activities, and create monthly detail reports
  • Manage and assist the team in maximizing membership potential with various local, regional, and national memberships, associations, and affiliations (Chamber of Commerce, CRCBR, etc.)
  • Arrange interviews and press releases to promote Company achievements and services
  • Ensure brand consistency in all marketing and advertising efforts; ensure all documents and marketing materials are current, accurate, and properly reflect the brand and desired message
  • Lead Marketing and Communications team, providing training, coaching, leadership, and direction
  • Develop and administer Marketing operations budget
  • Facilitate company responses to Requests for Proposal
  • Partner with Lincoln Property Company (LPC) as appropriate on shared marketing materials
  • Respond to inquiries from the press
  • Other duties as assigned


Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or other relevant field
  • Minimum of 7 years of related work experience, with emphasis on marketing within the professional services realm; real estate industry experience is a strong plus
  • Ability to foster strong relationship with key professionals
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities at one time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent creative skills
  • Expertise in different social networks
  • Understanding of, and commitment to, superior client service (internally and externally)
  • Track record of sophisticated strategic marketing in the B2B services arena
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Positive, can-do mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with demanding work loads
  • Innovative problem-solver; ability to identify, communicate, and solve problems quickly
  • Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel required
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop a plus
  • Strong digital skills with ability to master new technologies
