SUMMARY

To assist with the analysis for acquisitions and sale of real property and real property inventory management. Manage the processing of Right-of Entry Agreements and Lease and License Agreements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Assist with acquisition and disposition due diligence activities for real property that could include task order preparation, data entry, and project reporting.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the library of geographic maps, coordinating with the Business Analysis Group and outside resources.
  • Create custom maps outlining areas of study using aerial screen shots and tools such as Word.
  • Assist in process standardization and improvement for Facilities Management Group and Development to ensure consistent levels of compliance and objectives.
  • Coordinate other company and client initiatives upon request
  • Handle other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
  • 3-5 years’ experience working in commercial/office property management.
  • Experience and competence in all phases of Corporate Real Estate Project Management activities, including, but not limited to:
    • Program Development
    • Budgeting
    • Planning and Design
    • Project Milestone Scheduling
    • Servicing contracting of multi-disciplinary
    • Conflict Resolution
    • Risk Management
    • Project Implementation oversight
    • Project Closure
  • Medical property management a plus
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS applications including Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability.
  • Familiarity with Archibus and Trirega.
  • Knowledge of basic business practices.
  • Detail orientated and ability to work on multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Record of excellent internal and external customer service.
  • Ability to follow assignments and meet deliverables, working as a team member or independently with minimal oversight.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of local and regional regulatory processes, procedures, and resources with the ability to assist in implementation of projects along appropriate approval paths.
