Bank of America has made another exciting contribution to the skyline and streetscape of Uptown Charlotte with a new 30-story office tower, 1 Bank of America Center. Encompassing 746,152 square feet, it is linked by a transparent Winter Garden to the 147-room Ritz-Carlton Hotel. A renovated sky bridge over College Street connects the Urban Garden to Founders Hall.
