Lincoln Harris has recently been hired as the exclusive representative to lease and manage 100 Dunbar Street in Spartanburg, South Carolina on behalf of ESH Spartanburg Ground Lessee, LLC. In addition, Lincoln Harris will market the building for sale.
Currently, the 100,000 square foot office building is the headquarters for Extended Stay Hotels. The company will be relocating the headquarters to Ballantyne Corporate Park in Charlotte, North Carolina next month. Lincoln Harris assisted HVM LLC, the hotel management company in its search for office space.
