Lincoln Harris, a full-service commercial real estate firm in the Carolinas, has recently expanded its operations in Charleston to include commercial brokerage, corporate real estate services, consulting, development, property management and leasing . The new office will be led by Chip Mark. Lincoln Harris has had an office in Charleston since 1999 focusing on property management for medical and office properties in South Carolina.
Chip Mark, a 25-year veteran in commercial real estate, was previously senior vice president for Lincoln Harris in Charlotte. Prior to joining Lincoln Harris, Chip was founder and partner of the commercial real estate firm, MarkPiercePoole Properties based in Charlotte. Founded in 1999, his company focused on the development and brokerage of single tenant retail buildings, neighborhood shopping centers, office, industrial, and medical buildings in the Carolinas.
Also joining the office as vice president is 10-year veteran Alan Blom who will specialize in brokerage services for a variety of disciplines including office, flex, land, medical and industrial properties. Alan was most recently president and founder of the commercial real estate firm, Capital Real Estate Group. His company was a full service commercial real estate firm focusing on brokerage, consulting, property management and project management in the Carolinas.
Kevin Hollenbeck joins the Charleston office as senior property manager. Currently, Kevin manages 31 buildings with over 250,000 square feet of medical and office space in South Carolina. Kevin has been with Lincoln Harris Corporate Services Group for 14 years.
The new office is located at 200 Meeting Street, Suite 204.
