Marshall Williamson has joined Lincoln Harris as a Vice President of Office Brokerage. Currently, Marshall is responsible for the leasing of Morrocroft Centre in SouthPark, Tranquil Court on Selwyn and Watermark office building located on the Little Sugar Creek Greenway.
Marshall has been involved in the Charlotte market since 1992. Prior to joining Lincoln Harris, Marshall was the Vice President of Office Sales and Leasing for Colony Development Partners where he oversaw the leasing and sales for the regional office developer. He was responsible for the leasing of over 450,000 square feet of medical and general office buildings and sold over $25 million worth of assets.
Marshall has also been involved with over four (4) million square feet of successful office and mixed-use projects including a portfolio of over 650,000 square feet for First Colony Corporation, 200 South Tryon, Two Wachovia Center, The Steelyard, Fairview Center One and Two, the Roxborough Building, 6101 Carnegie, Vanguard Centre, Charlotte Park Executive Center, One University Place, Huntersville Business Park, Ayrsley Town Center and Cambridge Beltway Park.
Marshall is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR), National Association of Realtors (NAR) and is a licensed broker in North and South Carolina.
Marshall earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Georgia. He has served on the Arts and Science Council Operating Grants Panel and is an active member of the Bridge Foundation and the Dreamcatcher Society within the Levine Children’s Hospital.
