Posted: 4/27/2010 Location: Durham, NC Charlotte, NC – April 27, 2010 - Lincoln Harris and BP Phase 2, LLC are pleased to announce that more than 62,000 square feet of Class-A medical office and retail space has been leased at Patterson Place II, a mixed-used development located at Interstate 40 and Highway 15-501 in Durham, North Carolina.
Duke Medicine has leased 47,000 square feet of the 60,000 square-foot medical office building.
Among the 35,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space at Patterson Place II, 15,000 square feet has been purchased or leased. Tenants include AT&T Mobility, now open; Moe’s Southwest Grill, Five Guys Burgers & Fries and Applebee’s Neighborhood Bar and Grill, all scheduled to open by the first quarter of 2011. In addition, a 130-room Springhill Suites by Marriott opened on April 22nd.
