Lincoln Harris Receives 2018 Jerry Award
  Posted 3-26-18
The Charlotte Regional Partnership presented Lincoln Harris with a 2018 Jerry Award today in recognition of its contributions to the economy of the Charlotte region.

Lincoln Harris was honored along with The Charlotte Knights at a luncheon at the Charlotte Convention Center. Since 2007, the Jerry Awards have recognized organizations and individuals for their significant and ongoing impact on Charlotte’s regional economy.

The awards are named for their first recipients: Jerry Richardson, founder and owner of the Carolina Panthers, and Jerry Orr, former aviation director of Charlotte Douglas International Airport.

Lincoln Harris is one of the Charlotte region’s most accomplished full-service real estate companies and is currently developing Legacy Union in uptown Charlotte and Rea Farms in south Charlotte. The company is partnering on the development of the River District, a 1,400-acre master-planned, mixed-use development west of the airport and is also planning a mixed-use community called Southbridge in Fort Mill, S.C.

“We are deeply committed to the growth and prosperity of the entire Charlotte region, and we are honored to be recognized by the Charlotte Regional Partnership for the work we have done in our headquarters community,” said Johnny Harris, chairman and CEO of Lincoln Harris.

A nonprofit, public/private economic development organization, the Charlotte Regional Partnership leverages regional resources to market the 16-county Charlotte region. The partnership’s business development activities position the region for sustained, long-term growth, job creation and investment opportunities.

Lincoln Harris Executives Win 2018 Deal Makers Awards
  Posted 3-1-18
Four executives with Lincoln Harris’ brokerage services team were recognized at the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors’ (CRCBR) 2018 Deal Makers Awards.

The annual awards program honors the association’s top brokers for their production in the prior year. Consisting of more than 900 commercial real estate professionals, CRCBR is one of the oldest and largest regional commercial real estate trade associations in the country.

Senior Vice President Jubal Early was the first-place winner and top producer in the office category. Early was also the top producer among large firms in the non-affiliated broker category, which recognizes brokers who are not affiliated with a national brokerage network.

Senior Vice Presidents Ridr Knowlton and Campbell Walker won first place in the developer/owner category for their representation of Lincoln Harris’ Charlotte office portfolio.

Early, Knowlton, Walker and Marshall Williamson, a vice president with Lincoln Harris, also received platinum awards for individual broker production over $15 million, the highest level within the program. Early and Walker were also honored for their 15 years and 10 years of participation, respectively, in the Deal Makers program.

“The Charlotte commercial real estate market is highly competitive, and we are extremely proud of Jubal, Ridr, Campbell and Marshall for their market-leading accomplishments last year,” said John W. Harris III, president of Lincoln Harris.
