Webber is an Executive Vice President of Lincoln Harris CSG and senior officer of Lincoln Property Company. His primary areas of specialty are Acquisitions and Dispositions, Strategic Application, Portfolio Analysis and Process Engineering.

From 1993 through August of 2001 Webber was Director of Acquisitions and Dispositions on the NationsBank / Bank of America accounts for which Lincoln provided full-spectrum services. His responsibilities included the design, implementation and execution of the marketing plan for the 20+ million square foot portfolio. Under his direction the A&D team closed over 2000 transactions with a transactional value in excess of $1.8 billion and generated an incremental reduction in occupancy cost in excess of $50 million for the client.

Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company in 1991, Webber was Vice President of Marketing at Hank Dickerson & Company, Dallas TX where he specialized in tenant representation and office building sales. He graduated from the University of Texas - Austin with a degree in Business Administration and Finance

In his 20-year career Webber has successfully created/implemented numerous portfolio marketing strategies. He has been directly responsible for closing 850+ commercial transactions representing over 8 million square feet.
