Ron Steen currently serves as Executive Vice President of Lincoln Harris and the Lincoln Harris Corporate Services Group (CSG), a collective product of Dallas-based Lincoln Property Company (LPC), and Charlotte-based Lincoln Harris. Ron came to LPC in 1994 as Senior Vice President of the office in Atlanta, Georgia where he was primarily responsible for the development of the HealthCare Division and major clients such as HCA and LifePoint Hospital Group. Other responsibilities included property management and leasing, as well as marketing and acquisitions.

As Executive Vice President of Lincoln Harris CSG, now located in Charlotte, North Carolina, Ron’s responsibilities include the supervision of the CSG portfolio consisting of approximately 40 core corporate clients with services ranging from project and facility management, development and finance, to transaction management. Ron is also responsible for new business development, client relations and has been involved in strategic planning, portfolio modeling, and net occupancy cost overviews for several clients such as HCA, Piedmont Natural Gas, and Carolinas HealthCare System.

Ron graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Arts & Science degree and currently holds active broker licenses in Arizona, Georgia and Oklahoma and is past president of the Tulsa Chapter NAIOP.
