Experience

Prior to his current position as Senior Vice President of Lincoln Harris, Mr. Connor was the Senior Vice President for the Raleigh-Durham market at Trammell Crow Company from 2000 through 2003. Mr. Connor focused on developing all lines of business for Trammell Crow, including development, leasing, management, and tenant rep/site selection assignments.

Previously, Mr. Connor served as the Director of Leasing at Hunter and Associates from 1993 to 2000. He was responsible for leasing a retail portfolio in the Raleigh-Durham market ranging in size from seven hundred fifty thousand square feet to one million square feet at any one time.


Representative Development Projects

Mr. Connor has been involved in several development projects during his career including Alexander Place in Raleigh, a 350,000 square foot Wal-Mart and Kohl’s anchored regional shopping center; Patterson Place Phase I in Durham, a 365,000 square foot power center anchored by Kohl’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, AC Moore, DSW, Total Wine, and Kroger, and Phase II consisting of 30,000 SF of retail and restaurant space, a 63,000 square foot office building, and a hotel; Stone Creek Village, a mixed-use project anchored by Harris Teeter, Walgreen’s and Chick-Fil-A in Cary, NC; Cary Park Town Center, a neighborhood Harris Teeter anchored center located in Cary, NC; Panther Creek, a 90-acre site in Cary, NC, where Mr. Connor managed an extensive entitlement process with the town on acquisition, ownership structure, disposition and development; and Carnes Crossroads, a planned Harris Teeter anchored center in Charleston, SC.


Education and Affiliations

Mr. Connor has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute as well as the International Council of Shopping Centers. Mr. Connor holds a brokers license in North Carolina.
