Experience

Prior to his current position, Mr. Wasko was the Market Director for the Carolinas Region for Jones Lang LaSalle through 2008. He was responsible for the oversight of the project leasing, property management, project management services, tenant representation, retail services, investment sales and local corporate solution services in the Carolinas.

In addition, Mr. Wasko provided subject matter expertise in project leasing, property management, tenant representation and investment sales for those assignments that require these specific services.

Prior to this assignment, Mr. Wasko was the Market Director for the Southeast Region from 2002 to 2007. This region included Atlanta, Georgia and the Florida markets of Tampa, Jacksonville, Orlando and Miami.

Previously, Mr. Wasko was the Market Director for the Midwest and West Coast regions from 1999 to 2002. These regions included primarily Houston and Dallas, Texas; Denver, Colorado; Los Angeles and San Francisco, California.

Preceding these assignments, Mr. Wasko was the Regional Manager for the Washington, D.C. area from 1997 to 1999 and was the Regional Leasing Director from 1990 to 1997. Before relocating to the Washington, D.C. area, he was a Group Manager of a 1.7 million SF complex in downtown Denver, Colorado. Mr. Wasko began his career as a General Manager of the Prudential Business Park in Cincinnati, Ohio, a 1.3 million SF mixed-use complex.

Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle in 1984, Mr. Wasko was a Project Manager with the Procter & Gamble Company, Cincinnati, Ohio.

Education and Affiliations

Mr. Wasko has a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. Mr. Wasko has a real estate broker license from the state of North Carolina. Mr. Wasko is also a registered Professional Engineer.
