Brett Phillips, LEED AP, serves as Senior Vice President of Lincoln Harris and the Lincoln Harris Corporate Services Group (CSG), a collective product of Dallas-based Lincoln Property Company (LPC), and Charlotte-based Lincoln Harris. Currently Brett is acting as the Platform Director (Project Management) for the Bank of America account.

Brett has over 15 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate Industry. He joined LPC in May of 1997 and has concentrated his efforts in development, construction, and finance of commercial investment property. In his experience he has overseen the development of over 3,500,000 square feet of speculative development to over 1,500,000 square feet of build to suit opportunities for SunMicrosystem, Sterling Software, and Wachovia, to name a few.

Brett graduated from the Loyola University with a Bachelors of Arts and Science. He went on to receive his Master’s Degree from Texas A&M University in Construction Management emphasis on Real Estate Finance. Brett currently holds active broker license in North Carolina.
