Experience
Mr. Colvin’s career began at Corporex Companies, a commercial real estate development, capital investment and property management firm headquartered in Cincinnati. In 1993, Mr. Colvin joined Lincoln Property Company where he worked as a leasing agent in Charlotte, and later opened and operated Lincoln’s Denver, Colorado office. In 1999, Lincoln Property Company and The Harris Group of Charlotte merged to form Lincoln Harris.
Mr. Colvin has also been instrumental in leading company initiatives such as U.S. Green Building Council, Charlotte Region Commercial Board Realtors, and CoreNet Global. Additionally, Mr. Colvin has spearheaded the company’s involvement with the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the preeminent organization providing leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide, and serves on the board of ULI’s Responsible Property Investment Council.
Education and Affiliations
Mr. Colvin has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati. Mr. Colvin is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and South Carolina.
