Jubal has over 20 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate Industry in Charlotte.  He joined Lincoln Harris in July 1998 and has concentrated in office and medical office development and brokerage.  Some of his clients include Piedmont Natural Gas, Carolinas HealthCare Systems, McGuire Woods and Alston & Bird.  He also actively participates in residential development in Charlotte and the North Carolina Mountains.

Prior to joining Lincoln Harris, Mr. Early was the Vice President of Acquisitions and Development for Highwoods Properties for 3 years, and the Vice President for Hesta Properties for 4 years.  He started his career at The Bissell Companies where he and Johnny Harris developed and leased numerous projects in Charlotte, including Gateway Center on West Trade Street.

Over the years, Mr. Early has been involved with various civic and community boards, including The Charlotte City Club, where he currently serves as president, the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce, United Way and the Meineke Car Care Bowl.    He is the Director and Founder of The Scottish Bank and also devotes a number of hours each year to various children’s charities, including Alexander Youth Network and Fight Night for Kids.  An alumni of both Virginia Tech and the University of Alabama, Mr. Early is an avid
Hokie fan.
