David Connor joined Lincoln
Harris in 2003 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Lincoln Harris in
Raleigh, North Carolina, overseeing day to day operations of the Raleigh office.
David is also responsible for sourcing development and investment opportunities
for Lincoln Harris, including managing anchor tenant relationships, entitlement
processes, financial underwriting, and joint venture deal structures.
Since 2000
David has sourced and developed approximately 1.2 million SF of development projects,
at an estimated cost of approximately $150 million.
David began his career in real
estate with Hunter and Associates in 1993. As Director of Leasing, David was responsible
for leasing a retail portfolio ranging in size from 750,000 sf to 1,000,000 sf at
any given time. In 2000, David opened and managed the Raleigh office for Trammell
Crowe Company. As Senior Vice President, David focused on developing all lines of
business for Trammell Crow, including development, leasing, management, tenant representation
and site selection assignments.
David holds brokerage licenses for North and South
Carolina. He is a member of ULI, ICSC and is a member of the TRAOBO (Triangle Area
Office Building Association) panel which oversees the quarterly market survey published
by Triangle Business Journal.
David is a North Carolina native who attended the
University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
