Chris Wasko is a Senior Vice President for Lincoln Harris. Wasko focuses on asset management, brokerage and corporate services.

Previously the Market Director for the Carolinas at Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc., Wasko was responsible for building a full-service real estate platform in Charlotte to serve the entire Carolinas. While in this role, Wasko successfully managed the integration of the Staubach Company’s tenant representation and project management professionals in the firm in Charlotte and Raleigh, led the acquisition team in acquiring Corporate Realty Advisors, and led the effort to open a new Corporate Office in Charlotte.

Throughout his 25-year career with Jones Lang LaSalle, Wasko successfully served in various roles that included General Manager, Group and Regional Manager of various portfolios and regions; Leasing Director and Regional Leasing Director responsibilities; Division President for the Southeast, Mid-West and West Regions; and, Market Director for the Atlanta and Charlotte markets.

An honors graduate, Wasko earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina.
